NMRV Worm Gear Reducers is a aluminum casing gearbox with self-locking and anti-back function, which widely used as transmission units in many light industrial field such like food machinery, chemicals machinery, packing, etc. The gearbox could be couple with AC electric motors as well as servo motors, and two worm gearboxes can be combined to get high ratio and low speed:
-Flexible mounting positions capability;
-NEMA and IEC motors input adapter flange;
-Automated manufacturing process assures reliable quality;
-Low temperature rise and noise because of good heat dissipation.
-High efficiency up to 65% per stage, low temperature and work quietly;
-High quality bearings, O-rings and Double-lip oil seals prevent leaking;
-Standard hollow output bore and optional plug-in shafts provide greater flexibility;
-Gearbox housings are made of aluminum alloy. beautiful appearance, light weight, non-rust forever;
