The gear box is made of high stress cast iron (FC25),and manufacture by computer numerical
central machinery(CNC LATHE& CNC machining center). The gears is made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel
(SNCM220 & SCM415) with carburization process. The shaft is manufacture by alignment and
grinding. So the accuracy is very good. The stress is very strong. The safety factor is more than 5.
The product-life is very long.
