3. Difference

4. Installation and Use

The Parallel Shaft Cylindrical Gear Reducers is lubricated by the closed transmission oil pool. The oil level of the lubricating oil is indicated by the circular oil mark on the base of the machine. When the reducer stops running, the oil level is within the range indicated by the oil mark.

If you need to open the boot cover maintenance, you should pay attention to whether the cover is covered with sealant, if there is sealant, the screw hole on the machine cover can be opened with screws, do not hammer the sealing surface, inspection must be done to check whether the sealing surface and the through cover are not damaged, sealant residue is not clean, whether it will cause oil leakage.

5. Maintain

Parallel Shaft Cylindrical Gear Reducers should pay special attention to the early work of oil cleaning, if the oil is dirty (especially metal foam mixed), should immediately change the oil, in the oil at the same time, should remove the dirt inside the body. The quality of oil must be checked regularly (not less than once every six months).

The state of meshing working surface should be checked regularly, especially in the early stage of work when the tooth surface abrasion phenomenon, such as abrasion area is not more than 20% of the tooth working surface (along the tooth length and tooth height), allowing a little dressing with a whetstone or scraper.
