1. During the operation of the feeder, the amplitude should be checked frequently, the current of the vibration motor and the surface temperature of the motor should be uniform. The front and rear amplitudes should be even, and the vibration motor should be stable. If abnormal conditions are found, stop the treatment immediately.
2. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole feeder. During the use, the bearing should be filled with two fluidized molybdenum 2# grease, which is filled once every two months and filled every month during the high temperature season.
